Bracketry

A specialism at Powergrade over the years has been our bracketry services, which are supplied to a wide variety of sectors. Brackets can be produced in any of the metals that we work with and to a variety of finishes.

We can provide brackets off existing tooling or produce new press tools for bracketry in our toolroom (either from your existing drawings or to a new drawing from our in-house CAD designers). One of our strengths is our ability to replace lost tools swiftly and cost effectively, reverse engineering from an existing part for which tools and/or original drawings have been misplaced.

We specialise in small batch production.
